Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $12 flat rate standard shipping within Australia.

For Express shipping: We offer $16 flat rate express shipping within Australia.

We ship with Australia Post and Sendle, two trusted and reliable Australian Services.

Unfortunately we do not offer International shipping at this point in time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at emily@botanikanaturopathy.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Change of Mind Returns

Unfortunately, due to health regulations and requirements we are unable to accept the return of any of our products due to change of mind. Please select carefully and ensure that any product you choose to purchase is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

Other Returns

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Botanika Naturopathy will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair, or refund (as applicable) where:

The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or

The product is unsafe, and you can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

When we will not accept returns. Subject to clause 2 (No limitation on your statutory rights), this warranty will not apply and we will not accept goods for return: (i) where the goods have not been stored or used in an appropriate manner; (ii) where the goods have been altered in any way; (iii) where the goods are not in their original condition and packaging; (iv) where you have failed to follow any instructions or guidelines provided by us or on the packaging; (v) if the goods have continued to be used after any defect becomes apparent or would have become apparent to a reasonably prudent user; or (vi) due to any accident or Force Majeure.

    Botanika Naturopathy reserves the right to return the product to the wholesaler/manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.

    Botanika Naturopathy also reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.

    To return an item/s, or if you have any further questions please email emily@botanikanaturopathy.com and include order details, and reason for return. We will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible.
